[Cuis] reply-to field

Hi Folks,

Casey told me that simply doing [reply] to a list message should send 
response back to list and not to server. I also noted that a few 
responses from some of you to my own messages were sent to me and not to 
the list. So I changed a mail list setting. In my mail admin page, it said:

Where are replies to list messages directed? Poster is strongly 
recommended for most mailing lists.
(Details for reply_goes_to_list)
    
* Poster
o  This list
o Explicit address
------------------------------

I changed it to 'This list'.
